Gregory and Foster MBA Career Coach Elaine Newtson discuss strategic approaches to crafting behavior interview answers. Elaine has provided career coaching to Foster MBA Students since 2014. She brings 15+ years of corporate experience in global talent acquisition, university programs and leadership development to her coaching practice. Her pre-Foster career included leadership roles in prominent tech, global health and financial services companies. In addition to her prior HR experience, Elaine is a Gallup-Certified Strengths-Based Coach and holds a Master Coach Certification from the Behavioral Coaching Institute.
