CLST reviews research on increasing the positive impact of leadership development

The Center for Leadership and Strategic Thinking (CLST) is conducting research to not only enhance the way leadership and strategic thinking are being developed, but also to increase the impact of these important insights on leadership development by making our research more easily understood and accessible to all audiences.

If you are curious as to which methods and processes are essential to developing leaders, the CLST has provided a brief summary of two recently published meta-analyses of leadership development research, summarizing what goes into the design and implementation of leadership development training interventions, and what program designers can do to maximize the effectiveness of these programs for developing more effective leaders.
