On February 21st, the Foster Professional Sales Program and the Husky Sales Club hosted their Second Annual Meet & Mingle. This event was once again a great hit for students and sponsors alike, with over 150 guests in attendance.
The Foster Professional Sales Program’s Meet & Mingle is a unique opportunity for students, sponsors, and alums. This event allows students a chance to learn the proper etiquette of networking within a business social setting.
The sponsoring attendees were from a number of diverse industries: Amazon, Assured Partners, Boston Scientific, Catalyst Workplace Activation, Docusign, Laird Plastics, Northwestern Mutual, Pacific Office Automation, QBSI-Xerox, Seattle Corporate Search, Slalom Consulting, Softchoice, Staples Business Advantage, and TekSystems.
Our guest speaker for the event was Todd Weatherby, the Director of AWS Professional Services Worldwide. Todd’s presentation focused on the Customer and Partner Experience, and was followed by a long Q&A with great questions from students. The event also included the Director and Assistant Director of the Foster Professional Sales Program, Jack Rhodes and Rick Carter, as well as the Husky Sales Club President, Elliot Low.
The Meet & Mingle commenced and was followed by more networking for students, alums, and sponsors. Join the Husky Sales Club on Tuesdays in Paccar 294 from 6-7:15pm to hear from our corporate sponsors.
