Foster advanced 8 places from last year based on strong results for admissions quality (#23) and employment results (#24).

94% of Foster students hired within 3 months of graduation

Graduating business students from Foster were especially competitive for bonuses, with more than 40% securing an average signing bonus of $9,345. Overall, the total compensation for 2019 graduates averaged $68,536.

The Poets and Quants ranking equally weighs admission standards, alumni satisfaction with the quality of the academic experience, and career outcomes. The ranking is based on hard data self-reported by schools, including average SAT scores and acceptance rates for the incoming class of students, total starting compensation and employment percentages for the Class of 2019, and answers by nearly 6,000 alumni about their undergraduate experience.
