TMMBA Volunteers at Treehouse

Last Friday, TMMBA staff volunteered at Treehouse, a local organization that supports foster children through education, advocacy, clothing assistance, and summer camps. We spent our time at the Wearhouse, Treehouse’s free clothing and toy store. Ranging from bikes to winter jackets, Treehouse will provide gifts for over 1,400 foster children in Washington state this holiday season.
Staff tagged and sorted new donations, assisted on the store floor, and wrapped gifts. TMMBA also organized a toy and spare change drive – we presented the donations while we were onsite. It was nice to take a step back from our busy schedules and help foster parents prepare for the holiday season.
