U.S. News ranks Foster #19 of 516 best undergraduate business schools
The Undergraduate Program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business ranks #19 of 516 schools nationwide, #9 among public schools, and #1 in the Northwest in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Undergraduate Business Programs 2023 Rankings.
Seven Foster academic programs were also recognized for national prominence: Marketing (#17), Accounting (#19), Management (#22), Finance (#24), International Business (#27), and Entrepreneurship (#30).

Foster among top public business schools for employment results
Earlier this year, Poets & Quants ranked the Foster School #24 in the nation, #8 among public schools, and #1 in the Northwest of 95 schools in the 2022 Best Undergraduate Business Programs.
96% of Foster students were hired within 3 months of graduation
Overall, the total compensation for 2021 graduates averaged around $69,190. Additionally, 96% of Foster students reported completing internships before their senior year.
With formal majors in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, Marketing, and Operations and Supply Chain Management, students from the Foster School were hired by a diverse range of employers including Accenture, Amazon, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Microsoft, PwC, Starbucks, and Tableau among others.
