UW Team Receives Entrepreneurs’ Choice Award at VCIC West Regional Finals

Congratulations to evening MBAs Natalie Cook, Renate Kroll, Vera Martinovich, Sara Mosiman, and Hillary Obye, who took home the Entrepreneurs’ Choice award and the Second Place prize in the VCIC West Regionals this past Saturday in Boulder, ColoradoCongratulations to evening MBAs Natalie Cook, Renate Kroll, Vera Martinovich, Sara Mosiman, and Hillary Obye, who took home the Entrepreneurs’ Choice award and the Second Place prize in the VCIC West Regionals this past Saturday in Boulder, Colorado. The UW team finished just behind BYU and topped competitors from Arizona, San Diego State, Northwestern, and the University of Denver.

The Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC) is the world’s largest venture capital competition, featuring top MBA students from 70+ prestigious business schools from 13 countries on three continents.

This intramural competition includes teams from both the full time and evening MBA programs and is the capstone of the Venture Capital Investment Practicum offered autumn quarter.
