Why Foster?: My first quarter at UW was a mess. I was longing for a community and for people to connect with. I found what I was looking for at Foster.

Over Summer Break I…interned at Boeing as an investment recovery intern. After the program, a group of friends and I traveled to Peru where we worked as pro-bono consultants for a social tech company called Laboratoria. On the weekends we explored the city and for the last week we were there, we hiked Machu Picchu!

After graduation,  I plan to…be doing something that I find meaningful.

Advice to future students: It’s ok to not know.

Favorite place to study: Any place with natural light is perfection.

Favorite place to eat on the Ave: Thaiger Room anytime! Also Thanh Vi, especially on a rainy day and when you just need a soothing bowl of pho.
