Fritzky Leadership Fellows kickoff school year with week-long training
Every fall the Center for Leadership and Strategic Thinking hosts a week-long intensive workshop for the incoming Fritzky Leadership Fellows. This year, cameras were there to capture the handpicked team of second-year MBAs as they prepared to become coaches to their first-year peers. Activities for the week included an improvisation class and a day of rowing out on Seattle’s Lake Union.
Beyond developing their leadership and coaching skills, the training was also a bonding experience for the students. Reflecting on her time at the training, Fritzky Fellow Junny Kim Rzeplinski wrote, “The best part of the week was feeling like I had a solid, strong group of friends and fellows that were going to be along the ride with me in this adventure. That alone made me feel confident and prepared.”
