“One of the most powerful aspects of the Foster Hybrid MBA program is the ability for students to directly shape their own learning experiences. As Student Council Curriculum Representative, I had the opportunity to take academic feedback from my peers directly to staff and faculty. The HMBA staff and faculty implemented real-time changes to meet the needs of students while still providing robust and rigorous academic content. The transparency in communication and quick response to feedback allowed for students to engage in self-advocacy and authentically drive their learning experiences.”

From learning how to correctly build a cohesive team early on through this process, to navigating a strenuous program with them knowing that you trust, can learn from, push your educational boundaries, and lean on them over the two years together, it stands out as one of the most unique and positive parts of the program design.”
