Studying abroad here in Pamplona, Spain is an excellent experience. There are many pretty parks, perfect plazas, and exciting clubs. But also nearby are cliffs, cathedrals, and castles. It is a very special study abroad destination.

The amazing Atlantic can take as little as one hour to get to from Pamplona. There are vast views and gnarly waves. This featured photo was taken in Zumaia. Game of Thrones fans might recognize it from a famous photo of the cast that was taken there.

Many of the cities here in Spain have captivating cathedrals. This photo depicts a large, lovely cathedral in Zaragoza. It was super crowded when we went on a national holiday. The cathedral was full of perusing people and the streets were packed with partying and traditional activities.

There are also calm castles here in northern Spain. This cool castle is in a city called Olite, only a 30-minute drive from Pamplona. Walking around the castle after wine tasting was quite a terrific time!
