Seattle Growth Podcast 7.10: the death of Seattle?

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues wreaking havoc, the Seattle Growth Podcast has dedicated its 7th season to exploring whether Seattle will continue to be a desirable place to live, work and do business.

In the season finale, two Seattleites come from very different perspectives to arrive at a common vision of their city’s future.

Dale Kutzera, author of “The Death of Seattle: How a Great Town Became a Lousy City,” shares the challenges of living in Seattle as a writer and describes the changes he’d like to see in the years ahead.

And Brian Robinson, a member of the Seattle Center Advisory Commission who led the Save Our Sonics movement, highlights the challenges facing property owners, his vision of Seattle’s future and and how he expects the pandemic to affect efforts to bring an NBA franchise back to Seattle.
