Foster Career Services  

Located on the second floor at Founders Hall, the EY Center for Career Management has a dedicated team of coaching professionals, who can help specialized masters’ students like you with critical professional development and job search skills. Explore the full suite of resources here.

We recognize our students’ unique passions and interest areas, which is why the Foster Career Services are tailored to our students’ specific career trajectories and goals.

Career Fairs  

The UW Career & Internship Center hosts virtual and in-person career fairs for students seeking jobs and internships. Hundreds of top-notch employers from around the nation trust UW students’ skills. Register today!  

Mock Interviews 

Get interview-ready with the ins and outs of how to best showcase your uniqueness with Foster-held mock interview sessions.  

Practice the art of interviewing and learn other applicable skills via LinkedIn Learning, free for all UW students.   

Networking Events and Workshops 

We all know how important networking is in the job search process. The Foster Career Services organizes many events and workshops throughout the year to help you network with industry leaders.  

Elective Course on Job Hunt 

The EY Center for Career Management has also created a specialized program to introduce students to the key skills needed to be successful in their job search. The elective course is held during the summer quarter and walks students through the 4-step job search process, including professional development skills for job search readiness! 

Alumni Panels and Stories 

Learn from Foster MSCM alum and the careers they’re exploring through our Alumni Panels and interview blogs. 

Leader Speaker Series and Practicum 

Gain exposure to current events and industry best practices through the Leader Speaker Series. Through seminars led by field professionals and projects helping companies solve real challenges, our students learn the practical implications of their in-class learnings. You never know if that project might just lead to your next job with the same company!
