SIOP, a division of the American Psychological Association, recognizes Barnes’ meteoric rise to international authority on the effects of fatigue in the workplace. Then the prolific scholar, with 38 papers published since 2007, receives an award for his judgment of other scholars' contributions—from the principal journal in management.
